A global learning consultancy is undergoing a period of rapid growth following a record-breaking first half of the year. They are seeking experienced Junior Project Manager to support both client-facing programmes on a 6 month fixed-term contract / end of 2026. The consultancy specialises in delivering innovative learning experiences, working with international brands to roll out training, enablement, and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of training and enablement projects across multiple regions; tracking progress, budget, risks and scope, facilitating team and stakeholder communication, and leading status meetings and reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and regional stakeholders through clear communication, strong relationship building, and proactive resolution of issues or conflicts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across content, design, and delivery.
- Own quality assurance by keeping tools and trackers up to date, reviewing deliverables against standards, and implementing corrective or preventive actions where required.
- Lead and support project teams through effective delegation, motivation, performance management, and strong working relationships with internal and external contributors.

- Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
