A financial services firm is overhauling their HR processes and practices, and require additional support to deliver on the change. You will be reporting into the Head of Recruitment and working with them to execute on all the planned tasks. The outline of what is required is already set, you will just need to come in and take ownership of the delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Be the driving force behind the process change, setting timelines and creating visual project trackers, to hold teams accountable and to be able to report progress upwards.
- Liaise with wider Talent team to collect data, held in Workday, to analyse current state of play and 'as is' practices.
- Triage priorities, and ensure any projects that are stalling or hitting blockers are flagged and can be addressed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent project management skills, with an ability to hold stakeholders of varying seniority accountable to timelines.
- Confidence using Excel, to build project trackers and reports, which can be shared internally.
- Experience working within HR or a Talent function previously is highly desired, with prior use of Workday extremely helpful.

- Day Rate: £250 - £350 PAYE (dependent on experience)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in central London office
