Graduate Consultant - German, Dutch or Swedish speaking

Freshminds has partnered with a fast-growing boutique consultancy who are looking for an Associate to join their team in September 2025. This full-time position is ideal for a high-calibre graduate with fluency in German, Swedish or Dutch, and a keen interest in research, consulting and investment.

What you’ll be doing:

Working closely with the senior team, you’ll support all aspects of due diligence and management team referencing. Your work will centre around analysing leadership teams and preparing materials for investor reports, drawing from in-depth interviews with senior executives.

You’ll play a key role in helping investors make informed decisions ahead of acquisitions, gaining exposure to a broad range of industries in the process.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German, Swedish or Dutch, with strong written English
• Top academic background
• Clear and confident communication skills
