A client in the Consultancy sector, specialising in Learning & Enablement is seeking an AI Project Manager to join the team for 6 months. You will take ownership of multiple client programmes from initiation through to completion, bringing structure, visibility and control across delivery. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients and the Partnerships Operations Lead to improve scalable delivery processes and embed AI-enabled workflows that enhance efficiency, visibility and quality.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple client programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Develop structured project plans with clear milestones, timelines, dependencies, ownership and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate effective project meetings and ensure clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with operations leadership to improve delivery governance, templates, best practices and AI-enabled workflows across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams in a client-facing environment.
- Strong project planning, delivery management and budget management skills, with a track record of delivering outcomes on time and within budget.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams at all levels.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable improving AI-enabled tools, workflows and scalable operational processes.
