Freshminds is partnering with a leading international organisation to find an Economic Research Analyst who will play a key role in shaping long-term investment strategy and delivering insights on global real estate and macroeconomic trends.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting research on structural global trends such as demographic change, technological disruption, climate impact, and shifting growth drivers
- Analysing how these macroeconomic forces influence risk, return, and investment opportunities across international real estate markets
- Translating economic insights into applied portfolio and capital allocation recommendations
- Assessing investment performance and benchmarking data to support strategic decision‑making
- Collaborating with a high‑calibre team of economists and investment professionals to identify long‑term opportunities and risks
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in economic research, consulting, investment analysis, or a related field
- Strong academic background, preferably in economics, CFA (completed or in progress) desirable
- Excellent quantitative, analytical and excel skills
- Sound understanding of macroeconomics, corporate finance, and portfolio theory
