A leading technology-driven organisation is embarking on a CRM integration programme to support its wider IT transformation and commercial strategy. We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead and oversee this integration. Working closely with internal IT systems and data teams, this individual will ensure the programme is structured, governed effectively, and aligned with business needs. This role will interface with senior leadership, including the CTO, Head of IT Systems, Head of Data, and commercial leadership.

You will have:

  • Consulting background preferred with an ability to structure complex programmes and establish governance
  • Proven experience leading enterprise CRM implementations
  • Strong understanding of business needs and ability to align them with technology solutions (without needing to be a deep technical expert)

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Day rate: £800-£1000 dependent on experience
  • Location: London/Hybrid
