A client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Programme Lead or Project Manager to join the team for up to 12 months. You will lead the design and rollout of satellite clinic locations across the UK, driving programme structure and delivery across multiple sites. Reporting to senior leadership, the objective is to expand patient access and improve operational efficiency through a standardised, scalable clinic model.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of a UK wide satellite clinic rollout programme
- Develop and manage plans, timelines, budgets and governance frameworks
- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders including clinical, operations, property and compliance teams
- Oversee site selection, setup, supplier management and launch readiness
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering healthcare or clinic site expansion programmes
- Strong senior level programme or project management capabilities
- Experience working in regulated healthcare environments
- Ability to manage complex, multi site rollouts with strong stakeholder engagement
