A client in the technology and consumer services industry is seeking a Marketing & Loyalty Manager to join the team for an 11-month maternity cover contract.
You will lead the development and execution of marketing, loyalty and customer engagement initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention and growth across a rapidly scaling consumer business. Reporting into the Consumer Growth team, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Commercial, Product and Analytics stakeholders to deliver strategic campaigns and customer-focused growth programmes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and loyalty strategies to support customer growth, engagement and retention objectives.
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across CRM, in-app, email and push notification channels.
- Design and launch go-to-market plans for new commercial initiatives, partnerships and merchant propositions.
- Analyse customer insights and campaign performance data to optimise strategy, improve ROI and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex marketing, growth, loyalty, CRM, strategy or commercial initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and seniority levels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using customer insights and analytics to drive decision-making and business growth.
