A client in the services sector is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join the team for 6 months. You will act as the operational engine behind two high-priority workstreams, bridging technical delivery and business needs. Reporting into a technical or operations lead, your objective will be to ensure Salesforce initiatives and Jira backlogs are clearly defined, prioritised, tested, and delivered smoothly across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Jira tickets across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear status, prioritisation, and next steps.
- Act as a Salesforce systems specialist, supporting users with troubleshooting, configuration issues, and feature understanding.
- Monitor backlog health, identify blockers, and proactively drive items toward resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business requestors, clarifying requirements and managing expectations.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and fixes, validating alignment with business requirements.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively between business teams and technical delivery teams in an agile environment.
- Ensure requests are complete, actionable, and ready for development before work begins.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Salesforce (Lightning preferred), including troubleshooting permissions, layouts, and logic issues.
- Strong experience managing Jira backlogs, queues, and workflows in high-volume environments.
- Demonstrated technical problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps or missing criteria in requirements.
- Experience in technical project coordination, systems administration, or similar hybrid roles.
