We’re partnering with a high‑growth advisory firm that supports leading private equity investors across the deal lifecycle. They deliver commercial insight with the speed of an expert network and the rigour of consulting.
The (Associate) Director will play a critical role in scaling delivery across Europe and APAC, leading a team of ~30 consultants and managers (mix of direct and indirect reports). You’ll combine strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, coaching, refining processes and ensuring an exceptional client experience at every stage.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee multiple project workstreams across PE clients, ensuring excellence in delivery.
- Coach and develop team leads and junior consultants to elevate performance.
- Partner with HR and Product Leads to refine internal training and processes.
- Maintain a “white glove” client service that distinguishes the firm in an increasingly competitive market.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence (no sales targets).
