Freshminds has partnered with a fast-growing education business to find a commercially minded Business Analyst to support the next phase of UK growth. You will support data-driven decision-making across the end-to-end customer journey. Working closely with product, commercial and technology teams, you will develop and manage structured datasets, extract meaningful insights, and translate analysis into clear recommendations and practical actions that improve performance and experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analysing data across the end-to-end customer journey to generate insights that inform growth strategy and operational decision-making
- Building, maintaining and improving reports, dashboards and datasets that bring together data from multiple systems
- Translating broad business challenges into structured analytical questions and practical, data-driven solutions
- Supporting product and process improvements that enhance customer experience and commercial performance
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a data, insight or business analysis role
- Strong analytical capability with confidence working in Excel and structured datasets
- Experience translating insight into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python or similar analytics and visualisation tools, and comfort using AI tools to support analysis, beneficial
