This is a rare opportunity to join the senior leadership function of a highly respected luxury business undergoing an exciting phase of growth and international expansion. The newly created role of Company Secretary / Chief of Staff will work directly with the Chairman and Board, combining governance excellence with strategic delivery and crossâfunctional leadership.
Reporting to the Chairman and the Board of Directors, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that board activities are efficiently managed, strategic projects are delivered on time, and communication across the senior team remains aligned and effective. The ideal candidate will enjoy operating at the intersection of governance, strategy and execution - contributing both insight and structure to help drive the company's longâterm ambition.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee governance and board operations, including meeting preparation, minute taking, and action tracking.
- Manage and coordinate major strategic projects, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, and accountability.
- Maintain effective communication between the Board, senior leadership, and wider business.
