About the Company
Our client is a specialist environmental consultancy helping organisations integrate nature and biodiversity into decision-making. Their work spans sustainability strategy, nature-based risk analysis, and cutting-edge reporting aligned with frameworks like the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD). With a busy summer of impactful projects ahead, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Associate Consultant to support delivery.
Responsibilities
- Analyse complex datasets (e.g. commodity traceability, environmental impacts) and extract actionable insights.
- Conduct research to plug knowledge gaps and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Write clear, compelling reports and presentation decks based on data findings.
- Support delivery of TNFD-aligned reporting and nature-related risk assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technical specialists to meet project goals.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in consulting, climate and nature risk, economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting large or automated datasets.
- Excellent writing and communication skills-comfortable building slide decks and summaries for clients.
- Familiarity with TNFD or nature-related financial disclosures is a significant plus.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams or with environmental data is an advantage.
Contract Details
- Start Date: Late May
- Day Rate: £300–£400/day (depending on experience)
- Location: Remote (UK/EU time zone preferred)
- Duration: 4 weeks
