Our client is a wealth management firm headquartered in London looking for an Analyst to join their private capital team.
The successful Analyst will support the running of the a deal process, and provide the operational muscle to see the deal through end-to-end.
Responsibilities include:
- Model various scenarios and stress-test for changes in interest rates or economic conditions
- Collaborate with legal, accounting, and tax advisors to perform due diligence
- Conduct in-depth research on current credit markets, pricing trends, and availability of debt financing
- Analyse the sector, comparable transactions, and market appetite for the deal
You will have:
- 1-3 years\’ experience within investment banking
- Expertise in building detailed financial models
- Deep understanding of leveraged financial models
