Our client is a consultancy working with a major consumer technology brand who are looking for a Training Localisation Manager to join the team for a 6 month contract. You will manage end-to-end localisation of training assets across EMEA, ensuring content is translated, culturally relevant, and delivered on time to support product launches and sales enablement. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, market contacts, and external localisation vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality training materials.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end localisation workflows, timelines, and delivery across EMEA
- Coordinate the market opt-in process and track participation across regional teams
- Review training and creative assets for regional suitability, scalability, and cultural relevance
- Implement process efficiencies and leverage AI tools where appropriate to optimise cost, speed, and quality
- Manage distribution of final approved assets and oversee execution of localisation for globally produced materials
Requirements
- Experience in project management and localisation or regional training delivery
- Proven ability to manage external agencies, translators, validators, and vendors
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and markets
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple timelines and launches simultaneously
- Experience in budget tracking and operational process improvement, with familiarity in AI-enabled localisation tools as a plus
