We are working with a global training consultancy who are looking for a PMO Lead to join on a 6 Month FTC. You will be establishing a centralised Change & Transformation function to provide visibility, governance, and support across the 2026 change portfolio. This project transitions the organisation from fragmented, functional project delivery to a cohesive framework that ensures strategic alignment and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Create a single, accurate "source of truth" for all projects, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Refine and embed a pragmatic project delivery framework (tools, templates, and KPIs) that improves consistency.
- Ensure Major Programmes, including new 2026 product launches and process improvements, are delivered to high standards.
- Support the wider project community through coaching and standardized delivery disciplines.
- Implement and embed governance through defining stage gates, prioritisation models, and reporting cycles.
- Create a consolidated view of all active projects and business impacts.
- Creation of the PMO toolkit.
- Create a clear view of organisational capacity and business readiness through resource planning and mapping out organisational design.
Requirements:
- Proven experience across project management and leading PMO capabilities.
- Experience within Change and Transformation, with good exposure to the end to end change lifecycle.
- Excellent knowledge and experience within implementing governance, managing risk and implementing best practice.
- Experience within resource planning and strategy within a PMO setting.
- Project Management Certification (preferred).
- Change management Certification (desirable).
