A client in the technology and life sciences sector is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will take ownership of client delivery, strengthen relationships and ensure that customers gain continuous value from data-driven products. You will report into a senior leader within the client's global operations organisation and play a key role in stabilising and developing the account management function.

Responsibilities

  • Drive client strategies around product adoption and usage monitoring
  • Manage and deliver client renewals across products and services
  • Lead account management activities across global and local accounts to exceed revenue targets
  • Oversee the operational delivery of client projects to ensure high-quality outcomes and satisfaction
  • Build and develop strong, long-term client relationships across multiple levels and functions
  • Develop and execute stakeholder management plans to support client understanding and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strong outcomes and measurable value

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management with clear evidence of account ownership
  • Strong experience in client onboarding, stakeholder planning, presenting go-live materials and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector is highly desirable
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, including engineering functions
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
