Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of the due diligence (CDD/VDD) for the client
- Support or lead workstreams, depending on level.
- In-depth market analysis including defining market size, identifying key players and assessing market opportunity
- Conduct market sizing and financial modelling where required using appropriate hypothesis to analyse future performance
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience from top tier Consultancies (Tier 1/MBB)
- Minimum 10 DDs across: Private Capital, Financial Services, Asset and Wealth Management, Value Creation, Tech, Software, Energy Transition, Digital Infrastructure, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence etc.
