A client in the wealth management industry is seeking an experienced Commercial Pricing & Promotions Consultant to join the team. You will shape and deliver data-informed promotional strategies that drive client engagement, flows and trading activity, reporting into the Head of Commercial Performance. This role will play a central part in designing, coordinating and optimising high-impact promotional initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify value and client flow opportunities through close collaboration with insight and data teams
- Develop a quarterly and long-term promotional roadmap aligned with product, marketing and business priorities
- Coordinate with compliance and key stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment
- Design promotions and build clear commercial business cases with projected impact and ROI
- Develop and progress broader promotional capabilities including referral schemes and trading credit initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years' top tier consulting training
- Strong understanding of the wealth management or broader financial services landscape
- Strong financial modelling experience
- Highly autonomous with the ability to drive initiatives with minimal oversight
- Strong stakeholder management capability across multiple teams
- Commercially analytical with experience building business cases and interpreting data
