A client in the dairy and food manufacturing industry is seeking a PMO/Transformation Manager to join the team for an initial 6 month period. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to establish a central innovation function and bring greater governance, visibility and alignment to innovation activity across the organisation. The role will report into the programme lead and is focused on improving strategic clarity, execution discipline and portfolio level oversight.
Responsibilities
- Establish a central Innovation PMO and operating model
- Define governance, stage gates and decision making processes
- Create portfolio level visibility of innovation initiatives for senior leadership
- Align innovation activity across divisions to the organisation's strategic priorities
- Deliver clean, well structured and clearly documented outputs
- Build high quality slide decks, briefing materials, simple models and written deliverables to tight timelines
Requirements
- 6+ years of consulting experience
- Experience within food processing or manufacturing preferred
- Experience in the agriculture or dairy industry advantageous but not required
- Strong PMO background with solid governance and methodology
- Excellent reporting, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Comfortable working with both farming families and a newly established senior leadership team
