A client in a top tier strategy consultancy is seeking integration and operating model consultants (Consultant to Engagement Manager level) to join the team for a 3 to 5 month programme. You will join a team working on a major PMI, supporting both the Integration Management Office and the design of the combined Target Operating Model. You will work closely with project leadership and senior client stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration, strong governance and clarity on value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support or lead key workstreams across the Integration Management Office and Target Operating Model design
- Drive day one readiness and prepare governance updates for senior forums such as ExCo and Board
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs, tracking dependencies, risks and decisions across workstreams
- Contribute to synergy modelling, bottom-up planning and validation of commercial and cost benefits
- Produce structured analyses and client-ready presentations to support integration decision-making
Requirements
- 3+ yrs experience from a top-tier strategy consultancy
- Strong experience in post-merger integration and/or Target Operating Model design
- Proven ability to deliver within complex workstreams, managing stakeholders and key deliverables
- Experience within financial services or similarly complex environments
- Experience with synergy assessment, business case development or financial modelling
