A client from a top tier consultancy is seeking an Associate/Engagement Manager level consultant to join the team for project-based engagements. You will support senior leadership in delivering commercial strategy, pricing and transformation work across a range of client projects, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving commercial performance. You will report into senior project leads and be responsible for executing high-impact workstreams across either commercial effectiveness and/or payments-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver pricing strategy, revenue management and commercial transformation workstreams across client engagements.
  • Support development of go-to-market strategies, sales effectiveness programmes and commercial analytics.
  • Contribute to payments-related projects including strategy, transformation, and scheme or infrastructure analysis (where relevant).
  • Analyse data, develop insights and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years' experience from a tier 1 strategy consultancy, with experience in commercial strategy, pricing, or revenue management roles.
  • Strong experience in commercial effectiveness (e.g. pricing, yield/revenue management, go-to-market) and/or payments (e.g. payments strategy, infrastructure, digital payments).
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and contribute to complex, fast-paced project environments.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in translating data into actionable commercial insights.

  • Day rate: £1,000-1,300 PAYE / Euro equivalent
