Our clients in leading consultancies supporting businesses with strategy and transaction projects across various industries are seeking top tier Consultants up to Engagement Manager level to deliver a number of upcoming commercial due diligence pieces.
Responsibilities
- Managing the delivery of the CDD for the client
- Support or leading workstreams, depending on level
- In depth market analysis including defining market size, identifying key players and assessing market opportunity
- Conduct market sizing and financial modelling where required using appropriate hypothesis to analyse future performance
Requirements
- 4+ years experience from top tier Consultancies (MBB ideally)
- Minimum 10 DDs across: Private Capital, Financial Services, Asset and Wealth Management, Value Creation, Tech, Software, Energy Transition, Digital Infrastructure, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence etc.
