We regularly invite members of our network to give lunchtime seminars, and our CSR team organizes charity fundraising activities throughout the year. We look for people driven to succeed and take ownership of their role and progression. We'll support you with continuous training, regular line management meetings, and bi-annual appraisals to review performance and identify development objectives.

We offer 23 days' holiday + 1 extra day for each year of service (up to 28 days), 1 paid CSR day per year, and after 3 years, you're eligible for our sabbatical scheme.
