A fast-growing payments business is seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Architect to support a strategic post-merger integration programme. Following rapid expansion through both organic growth and acquisitions, the company is now focused on simplifying and harmonising its technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and simplification of core systems and processes across a complex, multi-system environment
- Map workflows and system dependencies to identify integration opportunities and reduce technical debt
- Collaborate closely with the Head of IT Systems and Director of Change, acting as a key interface between technology and transformation teams
- Scope and specify requirements for third-party vendors, assess solution options, and negotiate agreements with technology partners
You will have:
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture within a fast-scaling, multi-system business
- Strong background in post-merger technology integration and simplification
- Skilled in workflow mapping, systems analysis, and dependency management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities
