A market-leading live entertainment and cultural events company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its commercial strategy across iconic festivals, immersive events, and globally recognised theatrical productions. With a fast-growing international footprint and a loyal customer base of over 5 million annual visitors, this is a high-impact role within an ambitious, creative organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial & Revenue Strategy: Drive revenue growth across all customer-facing areas of the business - including festivals, productions, and venues - while ensuring a world-class customer experience.
- Partnership Management: Lead negotiations and relationships with key commercial partners, including suppliers, landlords, promoters, and agents.
- Customer Monetisation & Growth: Build innovative commercial strategies to deepen customer engagement and maximise income streams across multiple channels.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, strategy or business development, ideally within entertainment, hospitality, or events or a proven interest and understanding of this sector.
