Freshminds is supporting a well-established consultancy that delivers complex change and transformation programmes for clients across the telecommunications and technology sectors. The firm is known for its analytical rigour, hands-on consulting style and ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.

This work requires a consultant who can work end-to-end on change and understand how competencies, skills frameworks and operating model changes affect engineering-led environments. Experience interacting with mobile network designers, field engineers, radio network engineers or similar profiles is essential. A background in telecoms, network engineering or ITIL is highly beneficial for interpreting technical requirements and translating them into business impacts.

They are seeking someone with strong consulting house experience, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to deliver structured change across complex technical settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end change management activity across the transformation programme
  • Support the design and delivery of a competencies and skills gap assessment
  • Develop change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Work with engineering and technical teams to interpret skills requirements and assess capability gaps
  • Support communications, training materials and readiness plans relating to new frameworks or processes
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions across technical and non-technical groups
  • Monitor adoption, track risks and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between change activity, skills assessment outputs and project milestones
Qualifications:
  • Prior consulting house experience with structured change methodologies
  • Background in telecoms, network engineering or ITIL aligned environments
  • Experience working with mobile network designers, radio network engineers or field engineers
  • Strong understanding of competencies, skills frameworks and capability assessments
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end change management on transformation programmes
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • London based or able to work flexibly from a London office

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Day rate: £600 - £700 per day
