We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to lead the change management strategy and execution for a major operating model transformation within a telecoms business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the operating model transformation goals. Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify change risks and readiness levels. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units, including executive leadership, to drive alignment and buy-in. Design and deliver targeted communication plans to ensure consistent messaging and engagement. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience (7+ years) in change management roles within telecoms and large-scale transformation programs Strong understanding of operating model design and implementation Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed environment Details: Start date: ASAP Duration: 3 – 6 months Day rate: £800-£1,000 LTD Location: London / Hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
