We have partnered with a leader in AI consulting, who are looking for an impressive Director as they build and grow a Life Sciences practice focused on enterprise AI transformation. The role will be heavily focused on shaping the proposition, winning work and delivering complex AI programmes into leading Pharma/Biotech businesses.
Responsibilities
- Drive new client wins and grow accounts within Life Sciences
- Sell and lead AI transformation programmes
- Partner C-suite stakeholders across Pharma/Biotech
- Build out the practice – including hiring delivery capability
- Own deals and take them through to delivery
Requirements
- Strong consulting background (MBB / top-tier strategy boutique)
- Experience selling and delivering technology / AI-enabled transformation
- Solid exposure to Life Sciences environments
- Credible, charismatic operator - someone who can lead from the front in client conversations
