We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that power critical business processes and help us achieve our strategic goals. In this role, you will be the go-to technical expert for Salesforce, working closely with project managers, business analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant, maintainable solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the primary technical expert for Salesforce, advising stakeholders on best practices and technical feasibility.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, including configuration, custom development and integrations.
  • Collaborate in Agile sprints, contributing to planning, estimation and retrospectives.
  • Work directly with business users to gather requirements, provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with wider strategic goals.
  • Present technical options and recommendations to support informed decision‑making.
  • Provide expert‑level support for complex BAU issues and enhancements, and act as a consultant to the support team on escalated cases.
  • Use Salesforce DevOps tools (such as Copado) for version control, CI/CD and release management, maintaining and improving automated deployment pipelines.
  • Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, testing and documentation.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data models and integration diagrams.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge‑sharing across the team.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone who is service‑oriented, collaborative and passionate about building high‑quality solutions. You’ll ideally have:

  • Hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Apex, SOQL/SOQL and a good understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits and performance tuning.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third‑party integrations.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional, Agile team.
  • Experience working in a detail‑oriented, service‑focused environment.

Desirable

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (or similar Salesforce certifications).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience with Copado and Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps / work‑tracking tools.
  • Experience with Avonni Components within screen flows.
  • Exposure to CRM Analytics and SAQL.

What you’ll gain

We are committed to creating a people‑first, inclusive environment where you can do your best work and grow your career. In this role, you can expect:

  • Impact and ownership – You will be the key technical authority on Salesforce, shaping how the platform is used across the organisation and influencing architectural decisions.
  • Professional growth – Exposure to complex, end‑to‑end projects, modern DevOps practices and integration patterns, with opportunities to deepen your Salesforce expertise and pursue further certifications.
  • Supportive, inclusive culture – You’ll join a collaborative team that values diverse perspectives, open communication and psychological safety, where your voice is heard and respected.
  • Mentoring and leadership opportunities – You will mentor others, contribute to best practices, and help raise the overall technical capability of the team.
