As our firm continues to grow, we're expanding our Global Finance team and are looking for a Senior Accountant – Partner Finance to join us in a newly created role focused on shaping the future of our Partner Finance function. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a global professional services business, supporting partner remuneration, capital management, financial control, and strategic improvement initiatives. You'll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, contribute to business-critical projects, and help drive efficiencies across a function that plays a vital role in our success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting partner remuneration, profit share, capital, funding, and related financial processes.
  • Maintaining robust financial controls, reconciliations, governance, and compliance activities.
  • Working directly with partners and senior stakeholders on sensitive financial matters.
  • Identifying and delivering process improvements as part of our ongoing project agendas.
  • Contributing to finance transformation and system enhancement initiatives while ensuring excellent day-to-day delivery.
  • Coaching colleagues and sharing knowledge within a collaborative team environment.

What we're looking for:

We're interested in the skills, potential, and mindset you'll bring, not just your previous job titles. You'll likely have:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (or be nearing completion).
  • Strong accounting, financial control, and reconciliation experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive and commercially important information.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and explaining complex financial concepts clearly.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Previous Partnership Finance, legal, or professional services experience can be beneficial, but we also welcome candidates from other complex, regulated, or stakeholder-focused environments who can demonstrate transferable skills and experience.
