The role would suit an existing Tax Knowledge lawyer or a corporate tax fee earner looking to move to a Knowledge role. This is a full time role, but part-time arrangements may be considered. Our market-leading Tax team advises on complex transactions, disputes, and advisory matters. You’ll play a key role in keeping the team informed on legal developments, leading training, and sharing knowledge across the group. Role summary/purpose of job You\’ll focus on knowledge services related to corporate tax law, mainly working with our London Tax team, but with a global mindset and liaising with lawyers across our offices on global tax topics and trends. Key responsibilities, include: Monitoring and analysing legal and regulatory changes Creating and updating knowledge resources Organising and delivering internal training Supporting client outreach through insights and content Collaborating across practice areas and offices Key requirements Qualified lawyer in England and Wales with an excellent academic background Significant experience in corporate tax law, either as a fee earner or a knowledge lawyer Proactive, commercially aware, and tech-savvy Excellent communication and collaboration skills Inclusion Freshfields is an equal opportunities employer and all applications received by the firm will be considered based on their merit alone and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals regardless of background.
