We are seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to join our Global Operations team, playing a pivotal role in driving CRM excellence and innovation across the firm. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global CRM Operations, you will manage and evolve our global CRM platform (Salesforce), ensuring it delivers maximum value for marketing and business development initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, advising on best practices and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and execute CRM strategy aligned with global business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the data quality team, ensuring robust governance and compliance.
- Drive platform optimisation, leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance workflows and unlock insights.
- Promote CRM adoption and engagement through training, dashboards, and proactive support.
- Continuously improve systems, data, and processes to keep pace with evolving business needs.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree-level education with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how CRM drives client engagement and growth.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead change and collaborate globally.
- Highly IT literate, proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced in managing and validating data.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and AI tools.
