The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
As a member of Freshfields' global communications team, you will work closely with the Internal Communications Manager to plan, develop and deliver firmwide internal communications. This includes supporting senior leadership communications, and regional and practice group messaging as required. You will also help build engagement around longer-term cultural and change initiatives such as Diversity.
Additional language skills beyond fluent English are welcomed. Experience managing or coordinating external agency support is beneficial. Strong personal presence and the ability to work in a consultative mode, influencing decisions and contributing to communication strategies are essential. Demonstrated cross-cultural awareness and the ability to adapt communications for different audiences are important.
