Are you a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for turning business needs into actionable solutions? We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Technology Delivery team, playing a key role in bridging the gap between IT and the business.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll work within multidisciplinary product teams to gather, refine, and articulate requirements—both functional and non-functional. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA/Test teams, and senior IT leaders to shape product roadmaps, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful delivery. For larger initiatives, you’ll operate at a strategic level, producing artefacts such as as-is/to-be process maps and business activity models that support user adoption and change.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit and validate requirements.
  • Support delivery teams with clear success criteria and traceable requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for change.
  • Promote a focus on business value and outcomes across all initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical analysis skills, including process mapping and requirements management.
  • Proven experience in global legal or professional services environments.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Desirable: Certification in Professional Scrum or similar Agile frameworks.
