Overview

As a Leveraged Finance Associate in London, you will support complex cross-border financing for private equity sponsors and corporate clients within Freshfields' GMAC practice. You will work on acquisition financings, refinancings and related structures, collaborating with multinational teams to deliver integrated advice. Responsibilities

• Work on large, cross-border leveraged finance transactions
• Focus on acquisition financing for private equity and financial sponsor clients
• Draft and negotiate facilities agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security documents
• Coordinate cross-border teams across projects

Key requirements

• Mid level leveraged finance experience in cross-border transactions
• Strong technical and commercial abilities
• Qualified in England & Wales or a common-law jurisdiction
• Ability to supervise junior lawyers and work in a team
• Effective written and oral communication skills
