Are you a proactive, collaborative and highly organized Executive Assistant looking to support senior stakeholders in a global law firm? Do you have extensive Executive Assistant experience working within either Legal Service, Professional Services, Financial Services or Banking?

We\’re seeking talented individuals for both permanent and fixed term contracts to join our talented and collaborative team in London and provide exceptional administrative support.

The Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing top-tier Partner and Stakeholder support across a wide range of responsibilities. This role requires a blend of dynamism, professionalism and confidence, as you\’ll be an integral member of the team and will be responsible for gaining trust and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Support: Efficiently manage inboxes, travel arranging, diaries, and priorities, acting as a gatekeeper and first point of contact.

  • Administrative Excellence: Draft high-quality correspondence, manage meetings, and oversee document and matter management.

  • Financial Oversight: Handle billing cycles, manage WIP updates, and collaborate with the Billing team for effective financial management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: ExtensiveExecutive Assistant experience in either the Legal, Profession and financial Services.

  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong organisational capabilities, excellent time management and a thorough understanding of professional confidentiality.

  • Attributes: Confident, adaptable, and a strong communicator with the ability to anticipate issues and provide innovative solutions.

  • Education & Experience: 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English grade A-C (4-9)
