AI-Enabled Learning Content Design Lead

Demand for innovative, digitally enabled learning content is growing significantly across the firm. This role will help shape how that demand is prioritised, governed, and delivered. It will ensure learning solutions are produced quickly, consistently, and to a high standard while remaining engaging, relevant, and impactful. Visual or media design capability, including experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, video, motion graphics, or animation tools. Familiarity with learning analytics, LMS reporting, and emerging standards such as xAPI. Experience using advanced interactivity, custom styling, or experimental learning formats. A naturally curious, experimental mindset, and strong interest in emerging learning technologies.
