  • Experience recruiting in-house.
  • Confident sourcing across various functions and building strong pipelines.
  • Experience providing world‑class stakeholder experience, partnering with them using a commercial mindset.
  • Someone who consistently drives SLA's such as 24/48 candidate feedback.
  • Attention to detail with clear understanding of hiring workflow and processes to follow.
  • An appetite for curiosity, growth and openness to feedback.
