We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Professional Services Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis! This role involves working closely with our partners to capture high-quality images of their businesses, including interior still photography of salon and spa environments. The goal is to enhance their marketplace profiles with visually compelling photos that meet our standards for quality and branding.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating directly with partners to book and manage appointments to visit their locations, so strong organisational skills and a personable, professional approach are essential. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in interior photography, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while producing consistently high-quality visual content.
Key Accountabilities- Collaborate with partners to schedule and plan photography sessions, ensuring alignment with their availability and business needs.
- Travel to various partner locations across London to capture high-quality images that showcase the ambiance, services, and unique features of their businesses.
- Ensure all photos are consistent with our branding guidelines and meet the quality standards required for marketplace profile updates.
- Edit and retouch images as needed to achieve a professional and polished look.
- Manage the process of uploading, categorising, and updating images on partner profiles, ensuring they reach an approved status.
- Communicate effectively with partners to provide guidance on photo shoots, setting expectations, and explaining the benefits of enhanced marketplace profiles.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sessions, and image uploads for internal tracking and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates of partner profiles and to address any issues related to image quality or approval.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, especially in capturing, editing, and selecting images that meet specific guidelines.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with partners and internal teams.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple partners and photography sessions concurrently, ensuring all tasks are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using professional photography equipment and editing software.
