Role Overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Digital Designer to come and join our global business. Based in the Marketing team but working closely with Product Design Team, you will be responsible for various projects in brand, marketing and communication design at Fresha. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment, who likes to work autonomously, enjoys a challenge and wants to make an impact. What You Will Be Doing
- Branding — Build, develop, and evolve the Fresha brand through best‑in‑class design across social and email ads, print collateral, and trade show or market booth environments, supporting any creative need across the marketing spectrum.
- Delivery — Help push the Fresha brand far beyond its logo, delivering creative, innovative, and conceptual thinking for internal and external facing output.
- Collaboration — Take a collaborative approach, and work closely with the design team as well as Head of Brand & Content Marketing on different creative ideas and campaign executions. Achieve a strong profile within the company and contribute designs to make an impact for the customer and the business.
- Design — Apply expert design and craft to the visual elements of projects. Co‑create, maintain and push the boundaries of design systems and patterns. Champion modular design, usability and accessibility standards.
- Best Practices — Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards and act as a custodian of consistent design and narrative.
- Intuition — Be able to take a brief and run with it! While we are super collaborative, it is very desirable if you can work autonomously too and be confident in making design decisions.

- Creative Ownership & Autonomy — A proactive self‑starter who can take a marketing brief and run with it, leading the design process from initial concept to final execution with initiative and minimal oversight.
- 360° Marketing Design — Proven experience delivering best‑in‑class assets across the full marketing spectrum, including high‑performing social and email ads, print collateral, and physical brand touchpoints like market booths and trade show designs.
- Performance‑Driven Craft — Expert at creating visually engaging static and motion assets for paid social (Meta, YouTube, Google) that balance brand storytelling with commercial impact.
- Adaptability & Iteration — Comfortable working within an evolving brand identity rather than rigid guidelines; flexible, fast‑paced, and able to iterate quickly as the brand grows.
- Motion Graphics — Highly proficient in animating with speed and ease to bring digital assets to life, making motion a core part of your creative output.
- Production Excellence — Highly organised with the ability to manage large‑scale projects across multiple markets, handling everything from mood boarding to versioning, localisation, and scalable templates.
- Trend‑Led Curiosity — A designer who stays ahead of social trends and culture, utilising AI tools, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to challenge the status quo.
- Collaborative Resilience — A feedback‑friendly professional who thrives on open communication and uses constructive critique to refine technical execution.

- 1st Stage — Google Meet call with Hiring Manager (30 min)
- Final Stage — In‑person presentation with VP of Design & Head of Brand and Content Marketing (60 min)
