About The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Specialist (European Markets) to support hiring across key regions in Europe. Based in London, you’ll play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple markets, partnering closely with hiring managers to scale high-performing, international teams. From finding and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that drive our growth. What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets
- Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
- Use data, market insights, and hiring trends to inform and optimise recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable and efficient hiring processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics, talent availability, and hiring best practices

Interview Process
- Screening Call (30 mins) – Video-call with a member from the Talent Team
- Skills Interview (45 mins) – Video-call with our Global Head of Talent
- Final Stage (60 mins, in-person) – Meet the wider People & Talent team and present a short task
