Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing and operational teams to turn customer and business needs into impactful product experiences. Money, Growth and Performance. You'll use customer insight, market data and commercial priorities to identify opportunities and build products that improve acquisition, engagement, retention and operational efficiency. Identify and prioritise opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention and operational efficiency through customer research, market insight and data. End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through to delivery, launch, iteration and optimisation. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing and operations to define and deliver high-quality product solutions. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use product data and customer insights to prioritise initiatives, measure impact and continuously improve performance. Product Management Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a consumer-focused, marketplace or digital product environment. End-to-End Delivery: Proven experience taking software products and features from discovery through to launch and iteration. Strategic & Commercial Thinking: Strong ability to connect product strategy with customer needs and broader business objectives. Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customers and building intuitive, valuable user experiences. Data & Analytics: Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear product decisions. Creative and pragmatic approach, balancing long-term product strategy with practical delivery. Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with engineering, design, data and commercial teams in a highly collaborative environment.
