Senior Payments Program Manager | London, UK | Office-based, 5 days/week | Competitive salary + ESOPReporting directly to the Chief Payments Officer, the Senior Payments Program Manager will play a critical role in turning Fresha's global payments strategy into scalable execution and measurable business outcomes. You'll sit at the centre of Payments, Commercial, Product, Finance and Operations, acting as the operational engine behind the payments organisation and ensuring strategic priorities are translated into clear plans, strong execution and meaningful results. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the operational bridge between Payments, Commercial, Product, Finance and Operations, ensuring alignment, accountability and effective collaboration. Performance & KPIs: Define ownership, timelines, KPIs and delivery frameworks across complex cross-functional programmes. Risk & Problem Solving: Proactively identify blockers, risks and dependencies, driving resolution and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams. Payments Growth: Deliver measurable improvements in payment adoption, wallet share, operational efficiency and execution performance.
