As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and hire top talent across the business. Working closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers, you’ll support and deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring experience from start to finish. From finding and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that drive our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to support end-to-end hiring processes
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles globally
  • Craft personalised outreach to attract and convert passive talent
  • Maintain accurate data in our ATS and support scheduling and recruitment operations
  • Contribute to broader Talent initiatives, including employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing capability and confidence building candidate pipelines across different functions
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms
  • Exposure to high-growth startups or product-led tech companies
  • Experience recruiting across both technical and commercial roles
  • You’re calm under pressure and comfortable adapting when priorities shift
