Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will work collaboratively with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to bring product ideas to life. You will be responsible for shaping product vision, conducting research, and delivering high-quality user experiences for our customers and partners in an innovative environment. Money, Growth, and Performance. You will play a key role in driving product initiatives that support customer growth, improve user experiences, and enhance day-to-day operations across our platform. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and ideation through to launch and iteration. Own and prioritise the product backlog, making informed, data-driven decisions. Continuously improve user journeys and experiences to drive engagement and satisfaction. Use data and insights to identify opportunities, measure performance, and optimise key metrics. Skills, experience & qualifications required3+ years of product management experience, ideally within a consumer-focused or digital product environment. Proven experience delivering impactful software products and features end-to-end. Strong customer focus with a passion for building intuitive and valuable user experiences. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Creative problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to delivery.
