Fresha in London (Old Street) is seeking a Product Content Writer to own how we communicate our products, turning complex features into clear, engaging content across Help Centre articles, launch communications, video scripts and in-product copy.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Marketing and Product Education to bring new features to life, shape the user experience and ensure our partners and customers have the content they need to get the most from Fresha.
