Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced General Manager to take full ownership of Fresha's UK business, one of our largest and most strategically important markets. You'll own the UK strategy, commercial performance and organisation, leading Sales and Account Management while working closely with Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance to accelerate growth. You'll operate equally well at strategic and executional levels, bringing strong commercial judgement, structure and pace. You'll build an exceptional leadership team, create clear ownership and raise performance across the organisation.

What You'll Do
- UK P&L & Commercial Performance: Own the UK P&L, revenue growth and overall commercial performance, making decisions on priorities, investment and resources to deliver against ambitious goals.
- Market Strategy: Set the UK strategy, translating Fresha's global direction into clear market priorities, targets and execution plans while identifying the biggest opportunities for growth.
- Customer & Revenue Growth: Own the full commercial growth agenda across acquisition, activation, retention and revenue, working across functions to improve the performance of the UK business.
- Business Performance & Execution: Establish clear operating rhythms, forecasting and performance management, using data and commercial insight to make decisions, maintain pace and turn strategy into execution.
What We're Looking For
- General Management Experience: Meaningful experience owning a P&L with direct accountability for revenue, costs, investment decisions and overall business performance.
- Commercial Leadership: Experience leading sizeable, multi-layered commercial organisations through managers, with a strong understanding of acquisition, retention, monetisation and revenue growth.
- Strategic & Analytical: Strong commercial and analytical judgement, with the ability to move confidently between long-term strategy, data-driven decision-making and hands-on execution.
- Help Build What's Next: Play a central role in Fresha's next stage of growth as we continue scaling our platform, products and global markets.
