Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced General Manager to take full ownership of Fresha's UK business, one of our largest and most strategically important markets. You will own the UK strategy, commercial performance and organisation, leading Sales and Account Management while working across Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance to accelerate growth. You'll bring strong commercial judgement, structure and pace; This is an opportunity to lead a significant market within a fast-scaling global technology business and have a direct impact on its next stage of growth. What you'll ownFull UK P&L, revenue growth and commercial performance. Customer acquisition, activation, retention and revenue growth. Leadership and development of the UK Sales and Account Management organisation. Forecasting, commercial productivity and operating performance. Building a strong leadership team and high-performance culture. What We're Looking ForThis role requires someone who has already operated as a General Manager or equivalent. Owned a meaningful P&L with direct accountability for revenue, costs, investment decisions and business performance. Experience leading sizeable, multi-layered commercial organisations through managers. Strong commercial and analytical judgement, with the ability to move between strategy and execution. Experience operating in a high-accountability, high-performance environment. This is not intended as a first step into General Management.
