The CFO will play a pivotal role in defining Fresha’s financial strategy and steering the company’s continued global expansion.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute Fresha’s financial strategy in alignment with growth objectivesSet financial goals, KPIs, and establish effective financial planning processesOversee accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and forecastingEnsure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax obligationsLead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisationMonitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and implementing corrective actionsManage investor relations, including fundraising, capital structuring, and communicationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholdersIdentify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks through robust internal controlsOversee cash flow, liquidity management, and working capital optimisationImplement cash flow forecasting tools and treasury management strategiesLead financial compliance, audits, and external regulatory reviewsEvaluate M&A opportunities, including modelling, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation supportOversee and execute post-acquisition integration into Fresha’s financial systems and processesBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing global finance teamProvide ongoing feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities within the teamFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvementPartner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-makingAct as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership by providing financial insights and recommendationsIdentify, implement, and optimise financial technology and automation solutionsDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the finance functionSkills, Experience And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (Master’s or CPA/ACA/ACCA highly desirable)Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in finance or accounting rolesAt least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive finance positionExperience in high-growth technology, fintech, marketplace, or SaaS organisations strongly preferredDeep expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial modelling, reporting, and accounting standardsStrong understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and performance driversDemonstrated ability to design and execute financial strategies that support scale and business expansionProven success in investor relations, including fundraising and managing external financial stakeholdersStrong leadership capabilities with experience building and developing high-performing teamsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insightsExceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders and diverse audiencesHigh level of commercial acumen with sound judgement and strategic thinkingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilienceStrong integrity, ethical judgement, and commitment to transparency and good governanceInclusive workforce At Fresha, we are creating a culture where individuals of all backgrounds feel comfortable.We do not discriminate based on race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, gender identity, national origin, disability, or any other applicable legally protected characteristics in the location in which the candidate is applying.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
